- Accepted Builders sign a Working Agreement that legally locks in those terms before the sprint starts.
- The 45-day execution clock runs. If the team ships on time, the sprint is marked Success.
- On success, your equity allocation is confirmed and any cash becomes payable. You request the payout from this page.
- If the sprint fails, no equity or cash is owed — but your reputation data is still updated.
